    Just wondering - did anyone go to this show in Temple Bar. If so, was it any good.
    Was going to go but left Christmas shooping too late. Really sorry I didn't go now.
    Saw them in Limerick back in the 90s. It was brilliant.
    I heard rumours that they are making a new album

    If somebody could get Fergal to stop the off-tune bellowing, they might be great again.
    It's not like he was ever able to sing as such but when he kept it under control that rumbling growl of his was a key part of the Whipping Boy sound.
    Band were well up for it though. A highlight was four of them jumping down into the crowd to play.

    Two comics before the gig too. First wasn't too bad but the second guy was all edge, not that much humour.
