    Just going by the ad, €600 seems pretty okay.

    Thoughts?

    Cheers,
    Dean,

    Tiny house, walking distance to town. Photos could be better. :D

    Looking at the photos it looks like the bedroom has a single bed but the description mentions a double so maybe worth checking that out.

    As far as price goes, personally if you really want to rent alone it's not the worst as it's walking distance to town and not overly expensive for someone on a decent wage but it is small and you could probably do better.

    Just remember that all bills will be paid on your own, so lets say
    * Broadband/Phone - 40
    * Electricity - 30
    * Heating - 20

    The above are very rough estimates per month. It could be more or less but you are probably talking at least an extra 80 per month for bills.

    Dodgy area if you ask me.

    I lived around the area for a while and I would say avoid. I also know people living over the road from here.
    Those cottages are overlooked by St Teresa's Gardens flats on Donore Avenue. There is a lot of antisocial behaviour in the area.
    Cars get their windows smashed in regularly..a few weeks ago a whole row of cars were smashed by a gang of youngsters.
    The area in general is filthy and the streets including and around Eugene Street seem to be used as a public dump.

    I also know this area quite well. Even though it is very close to pleasant parts of the city centre, it always has a lot of junkie types hanging around.

    You'd probably be fine but you never know.

    Half of Eugene st is boarded up and there's always rubbish dumped on the streets... I wouldn't live there
