How does a permaban work on MW3? Do they just block that one account or do they block the hard drive serial of your Xbox so you can never play from that machine again?

I've read various things on Twitter from people saying they know people/or themselves who have had their 360 blocked to 5000 day bans for their account by IW. Latter is more the common line.

Permaban of your xbox live account from the mw3 servers means its just your account that is banned, so you can set up another account on the same console.

If microsoft ban your console for modding etc then you the xbox is banned so you can't log in even on a new account

I'm not sure how any sane person can enjoy american football. One of most boring sports I've ever endured. Stop advert, stop timeout, stop back to the panel. How can anyone enjoy that rubbish is beyond me.

if you watch highlights its quite fun to watch!!

But yea your right, its the slowest game ever.. so many stops and so many breaks, there is no flow to the game!

Most big sports played in the US are are like that i think ! Really boring imo.. superbowl is a joke ! Amount of adverts and **** during that game is ridiculous !

Saying that, im sure they're great for a day out and probably quite interesting if you get into it properly.

I agree. I've tried to get into it, even have some NFL tops and what not (gifts innit) but just ain't my thing. Highlights is grand though.

In saying that, I love NBA and NHL especially around playoff season where it's game after game in quick succession. Some buzz. Last year we had Copa America and the CONCAF Cup you and me profited from so much Plus the US Open and Wimbledon as well. So it was a epic time all round for sport playoff season.

its a game of feet and inches though, its not faced paced because its not supposed to be, like I hate soccer, its 90 minutes of passing, something like ice hockey is awesome to watch as its so quick, the adverts have ruined nfl though, stopping a game to take a commercial break is just wrong. baseball is even more boring, most american sports you have to be in attendance and sh1tfaced, makes them way better :pac: I've been to a few things stateside and theres a great buzz at live games.

If you have a spare Eircom box try it Today if you've already ordered your Broadband. Always switched on for me on the day of ordering it. I think they tell you a week to allow for the box to be delivered etc.

I have a basic knowledge of football, but those playbooks and rules and variations on rules etc are like encyclopedias, its a hugely technical game. I like it more for the atmosphere than the sport, same reason I watch WWE, or used to at elast, its more for the production and hype than the actual in ring action. when you've heard 80,000+ fans screaming their lungs out live at a Wrestlemania other shows and sports pale in comparison

Haha yea, I know the basic rules at this stage, but venturing into the American Football forum tentatively was like jumping into the sea not being able to swim

It's crazy how big even the college matches are, like 60k people watching people who are as far in education as I am I think the only way to watch NFL/NCAA is to record it and fast forward past the adverts or watch the highlights
