Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering if anyone else heard it?

    Doubt that :O
They're 2 shops that never seem to close anywhere!
Although burger king could do with relocating... maybe to somewhere that the pigeons don't try and rob your XL bacon double cheese

No way those pigeons are what make Burger King in Waterford unique, I can remember when I was a kid and loved those birds. I love sitting down with my burger and watching the birdies :D

One of the main reasons for the rumours surrounding Debenhams is the launch of their dedicated Irish online shop, people have been saying for months that they expected them to pull out after that. Also, Debenhams are allegedly being crippled due to redundancy costs in Ireland.

High end stores like Debenhams Next and probably Harvey Normal who rely a lot on furniture sales will be the first to go in any recession so I wouldn't be surprised but sad of course.

And the receivers have moved into a number of shops.

    Crazy prices
    KK discount store
    Teleport computers
    Finn cameras

    Very sad :-(

Well that's definitely pure crap. A shop is closing down because its so expensive to close down? If they were doing well they wouldn't need to downsize.

(Plus Ireland has very low firing costs.)
