Need urgent help with my Blackberry!!

I got a new blackberry 9330 today...but now I have no clue how to set up my personal emails or twitter or msn etc. It keeps saying "could not find service book entry for IPPP" and "service not enabled for this handheld".

I have no idea what any of this means......please someone help me to understand how to get this working?
