Installation trouble

    Herself bought me Football Manager 2012 and during the installation process it says steam server down.

    I was just wondering is it a Christmas day issue or something?

    Imo you shouldnt have to connect to the internet to install a game :mad:

    You shouldn't, but it was the practice put in place to combat piracy, not that it's working great!

    I'd imagine it is a christmas day issue.

    It took 3 hours to download (my broadband connection is not the best).

    Seemed to be a christmas day issue, i had the same

    I hate the "steam" BS with a vengeance. :mad: Why did this crap have to infiltrate my favourite game? If it were anything else id stop buying it!
