Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anyone know what the story is with the road cordoned off from the Regional Roundbout?

    Saw that heading home about 21.30, diverted from the limerick side down fr russel road, usually do that for a serious crime, preserve the scene.

    Seemed fairly quiet below there. There was a jeep up on the grass to the side and a car pulled to the side of the road. Don't know if that was related though.

    Saw the jeep and the car too - probably waiting on forensics tomorrow at this rate. Nothing on the news!

    Was at munster game earlier and they announced it over tannoy that road would be closed until further notice. Which would be tomorrow morning at least.

    Jeep up on the grass had nothing to do with it. That jeep has been parked there since 5pm. It was a pedestrian that got knocked down. Very strange circumstances. Victim died earlier on this evening but the road has since been reopened.
