Retail & a HRM Course in DBS

    Hi,

    My girlfriend has been working in retail since leaving school, over 8 years now. She has progressed to senior levels within many stores and has very good experience in the industry and in particular with managing staff.

    However, she doesn't like it anymore :) and is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

    She is interested in taking a HRM course - just had a look at this one and it seems interesting - http://www.dbs.ie/hrm/evening-diploma.htm.

    Does anyone have any experience of this course?

    Did this course 10 years ago and opened a variety of weird and wonderful career doors for me. Would highly recommend.
