Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it worth it? Thinking of getting it done in local salon. One thing I am wondering when they are advising on products is it only the products they sell in the salon they would rec?

Salons who do the Dermalogica face mapping will be recommending the Dermalogica range to suit your skin. What range do the salon carry and do you get a facial as well?

Generally I would expect a salon who retails skin products to recommend the range that they sell...it would be odd if they sat down to do a skin analysis and recommended a whole list of products for you that you then went off somewhere else to buy.

Basically the same as going to a counter and them recommending you whatever they have on their shelves, difference in a salon though is that the person analysing your skin actually knows what they are talking about (or they should!!)

Skin analysis is good to get a professional opinion on skin type/skin conditions and that. I find face mapping by dermalogica probably a bit too much in terms of what people will realistically be able to spend and have the time to do every day but its good reference point to have.
