Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cow with calf at foot - bought in..

A friend of mine buys in 20 cows with calf at foot each year in spring selling both in Autumn - cow fattened, not in calf. He works full time and I cannot figure out why a rogue bull does not pay the herd a visit, why there is not daily war in the field with cows coming in heat, calves going ape etc...
Is there anything on the market to prevent cows going into heat?
