    The answer is September 1927.
The question refers to the last election ..........

In the election for the 5th Dáil FF won 44 seats, FG won 46. In the next election, again in 1927 for the 6th Dáil, FF won 57 and FG won 61. That would make the election to the 6th Dáil in Sept 1927 the answer being sought as it asks "when was the last election that FF were not the largest parlimentary party in the Dáil".
In 1932 for the 7th Dáil FF won 72 and FG won 56.
This started the 16 year period that saw FF become the lead party which formed a government and remained in power for so long.

No. It was Martin Mc Guinness. He didn't live in this jurisdiction and was not registered to vote.

You are incorrect. Tipperary did win the 1934 All-Ireland Minor Football title for the first time. Last year was their second time to win. Check GAA site.

Disagree with your choice for Q 32.
Dublin North had no ministers or junior ministers standing for election in February. The correct answer is Dun Laoghaire, where Mary Hannifin (FF) full minister, Barry Andrews(FF) junior minister and Ciaran Cuffe (Green) junior minister all lost their seats. Dublin North was a 3 seater, now a 4 where next time out, James "Bottler" Reilly will almost certainly lose his seat when the voters get their chance to show their ire with his carry on as Minister for Health.
