While looking for a new phone for my gf I came across this phone on Expansys for €181 + €9.50 Del. http://www.expansys.ie/lg-jil-sander-mobile-lg-e906-16gb-225951/ Its not a bad price for a mid-range Windows 7 phone. It comes with the Mango update installed also.
