Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In Clare, if someone said a cow or heifer was "starting to spring", it would mean she was starting to bag up, so getting near calving.
A Springer would be a young heifer that was well in calf, say 7 months or more. It would not mean a cow, only heifers.

    Thanks lads.

I thought I was losing it ;) I'd have said that a cow or heifer bagging up or showing milk when you'd draw her was a springer.
