LBD to the afters of a Christmas wedding?

I know wearing black to a wedding is normally a no-no, but I'm going to the afters of a wedding tomorrow night. I have a classic little black dress with sequins from a Christmas party and just wondering if I could get away with it given the time of year? Have one or two others, not black, but may have to dig out the magic…

There's mixed opinions on black to a wedding but for an afters and given the time of year I think it's ok.
