Quick kindle question

quick question, set up my sisters 3g keyboard kindle there, and now when I send her books via calibre over wifi she also gets a notification about Whispernet saying the cost of delivering it via 3G is more than her max allowed setting (I have it set to $0.00 to be on the safe side). Is there any way around this?

Why not transfer them using usb?
