Hardrive Upgrade

Ive been putting it off for a long time, but I really need to upgrade my ps3s hardrive. Ive an 80gb fat model and its been full of a long time now and theres only so much stuff you can delete, had to delete a load of stuff to install Skyrim. Can anyone whos done it before recomend a hardrive? I was thinking 250gb or 500gb…
