UPC 100mb and Usenet

Im having a bit of a wierd problem the last two weeks and Im pulling my hair out over it. When I connect to my usenet wirelessly Im getting anywhere between 70-80mb but lately when Im wired I can only achieve 50mb, this was not always the case as I used to get the full 100mb. Usenet usually have pirate material. UPC might be throttling it now.
