Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi

you should definitely talk to the bank, however i would also suggest you contact westmeath co. co. and speak to them about affordable housing. very good prices and these days a large selection of houses available plus they should be more open minded about assessing income.

although with the way the market is going would you consider perhaps waiting another 6 months or so and see prices drop even more?

be aware that interest rates are quite high at the moment and you are looking at, at least 5 - 6%...
