Kindle in Tesco

I bought A Kindle in Tesco & now am having problems with it. I can't turn it off the screen seem to be frozen. Tried the Amazon troubleshooting page but still no luck in getting it working. What are my options will Tesco replace it? I only have it three days. Would be grateful for any advice. Thanks Bozo25
