It generally is after the first patch. I'm very wary as to what they'll do after the next patch after the transfer windows is done and dusted. Last year there was an almighty fcuk up with the injury frequency, long term injuries in particular. What made that worse was that they didn't even acknowledge that there was a problem despite their own forum clogged up with hundreds and thousands of people saying it was happening in their game.

Where do you download the patch? And do you have to start a new game?
