Any one know what the procedure is when you lose your phone and its insured?do you get the full value of it back? can you still use your old number?and if the lost phone does turn up can it still be used?(the last question is curiosity)

Ring straight away and report it stolen
Take your number to a new sim card
They will sort you with a replacement phone
A phone can be blacklisted so won't receive a signal
