Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ipad problem

    I know this is more at home in apple media devices but after 2days ive had no luck there so i thought ye may be able to help again.
    i am sure this has been answered before but after looking online many times, noone actually seems to know the answer. why oh why do we get "safari cannot open page as it cannot find the server" ? we also get the "safari cannot open page as it is not connected to the internet" even though it will work fine on another tab. if you keep and keep refreshing the page it will eventually work.

    many people seem to have this problem so if i could get a clear fix i would very grateful

    No fix out there.

    Your Ipad cant connect to the internet at that moment. but 5 seconds it likes the internet and will get the page for you.

    Nothing you can do about it!

    Theres no fix at all?! Its very annoying! Sometimes it can take 2mins to get the page. Sounds like a short time but if it happens a few times a day its infuriating!

    hi,
    an ipad recently arrived in our house too :)
    w.r.t. your first issue,
    make sure you are not typing search terms in the actual address bar, as this will throw up the "safari cannot open page as it cannot find the server" error.

    as for your 2nd error,, i haven't seen that yet thankfully.
