loading bay that says parking 7 - 7

Please move if needs be, was gonna post in commute but didn't think it was correct.

It's a case of a loading bay having 2 signs.

It's the one outside Subway, Spar in the IFSC, down beside NCI and on one end it has loading bay Luan - Sat 07:00 - 19:00. Then there's the NCPS sign no parking 24/7.

By law should there only be allowed one sign here? What would happen if there was a case a person parked beside the first one on a Sunday and went into friend's apt for a few hours or so? I'd like to hear what is the story with this as it's definitely a trap waiting to happen.

Do you have a photo? I would check for the wheelchair space markings.

As best I know, that section of street is public (from Amiens street to Commons Street isn't), so I don't know why it has an NCPS sign.

At weekends there should be plenty of parking on Guild Street and other streets.

Yeah I took these before the break. I am aware of Guild St and everything but literally want to find out what the exact answer to this spot is. Info such as that you have said about Amien St to Commons St etc. Thanks.

It is ambiguous, so I wouldn't park there just yet. Do not park in the wheelchair space unless you have a blue badge.

I would talk to NCPS, the DDDA and the council to see who controls the parking.

However, it's a loading bay at a shop, wouldn't you leave it free for people using the shop?

Nah wouldn't be parking in wheelchair ever but just wondered how they could have two different messages on the one stretch, a 4 or so car stretch at that.

Suppose a call to clarify might answer.

Well I haven't rang yet, but I know for a fact they clamp there. Again I just want to see how they can have two different signs on the one short rank.
