Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Simple security camera installation

Unsure if this should go here or the "security" forum under tech, if so, apologies.

Basically I'm looking for some advice on a very basic security camera installation I'm looking to undertake. The room is quite small and I only need 1 camera for it.

I'm confused as to what sort of route I should take- basically the cheapest but most practical.

Basically I need footage to be recorded and kept for 28 days, say. Also want to be able to monitor live.

I was looking at the ycam range- http://shop.y-cam.com/products/Y-cam-Black-SD.html - because it is wifi capable that fulfils the practicality element- but it seems that I'd need a NVR (pricey?) or else a computer left on 24x7 to record?

Can anybody advise the best route to take here?

    Cheers
