While viewing some pics on my harddrive I stumbled upon two photos of "interesting" plates I must haven taken a while ago in Tralee and I instantly remembered this thread. While the first one is simply an american inspired non-standard 98D plate I have no idea what the one on the red Golf is about. May be somebody here can help
