Definitely did not get to meet loads of you there last night, but I will next time I can make it :) Those of you who I did meet, once again, it was a pleasure!

Realised that two of us suited up in the end, when I seen someone in Doyles with a pinstripe suit :pac:

Had a really great night, did not get to meet as many of the famous boardsies as I thought I would, I am devastated I missed out on meeting Pembily, though I did sample some of the fine baking on offer. Of course it is quite possible we did meet and I never made the connection! I was the tanned guy with white shirt and glasses.

Oh and there was lots of this which was good fun:

    P2191627.jpg

PS: Did anything particularly scandalous happen? I noticed lots of lamp head banging and some boardsies getting very friendly!

Cheers for organising this Otis! I was infiltrating the beers from another forum and barely actually got talking to any people I hadn't met before but you's all looked dashing :D Cassidy's is my new spot to go hipster-watching.

What a night. Did not get to meet half the people there. Possibly due to a guy I knew coming in to meet me and getting very confused after the 3rd time of being asked "Are you a boardsie?"

A HUGE thanks to Pem for putting me up for the weekend. You're only a bleeding legend!

I'm guessing that this makes Earthhorse the guitarist with the first-name which sounds like a last name, and bluewolf the cellist with the degree in physics? This is like some mad game of Guess Who.

Pleasure to meet you all. :)

Ah, it appears that I not only lost my scarf in Doyle's but left my dignity there too. If anyone happened to find either of those lying around, I would be much obliged if you could send them on to me.

Sounds like it was a really great night! Very sorry to have missed it, as I’ve been at the last few beers and it’s always great craic. I was recovering from a really long week – one drink, and I’ve had fallen asleep, I reckon! Hopefully, I’ll make the next one ....

'other dude called steve', I'm mortally insulted, or would be if I had any memory of meeting you :D

If I was sitting down outside , I'd realized I was buckled drunk (which was fixed with a 1 fingered salute and a 20 minute wait) . The Sound girl was/is the lovely Itwasntme. and the tall, particularly ugly guy with more bits of metal in his face than whats his name from hellrazor is KTRIC. If that wasn't it, than I haven't a bogs notion.

We'll meet again I'm sure at the next beers :)
