Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

iTunes freezing

    Wondering if anyone can help me.
    Have the latest version of iTunes installed on my Dell laptop. Was working fine, however the past week or so it has been freezing constantly. There are two users of iTunes on the laptop so it happens when one of us tries to log off, or play a file etc.
    I started itunes in safe mode and it works fine. Was trying to find out about third party plug-ins (as per the troubleshoot) but can't seem to locate the folders where these are stored.
    I also uninstalled itunes (and all associated programs) completely, and then reinstalled, but the same problem is there.

    Anyone any ideas?

    OP I recently upgraded to the new Itunes, and I have both an Irish and US Itunes account. Currently Itunes logged in under US account, when i try to sign out it then freezes, everytime!

    Id be interested to hear a solution to OP problem as im sure its something similar to mine!
