another new gaming built

sold my gaming build today so i'm looking to build another for around 850.


specs of my last system

Palit Geforce GTX 560 Ti, 2048MB GPU (i think i would prefer a 6950 this time, what do you guys think?)

Intel i5 2500k processor

Scythe Mugen 3 heat sink (already have another one of these so no need for another heat sink)

ASRock extreme4 motherboard (any new series mobos out? i'd like it to be crossfire ready)

8 GB of ripjaws ram

xfx pro 750 watt psu (need another psu that would handle crossfire 6950s for the future)

1TB hard drive 5400 rpm

Cooler Master CM 690 Advanced, window edition (i think i'll get that cooler master silencio case this time)



would i be able to do this for 850 quid -+? no need to include OS, peripherals or monitor

Nothing concrete as of yet, was just reading earlier that the 7950 launch has apparently got pushed back to early Feburary (apparently to avoid another on-paper-only launch like the HD7970 had).

Hopefully the HD7870 and 7870 will drop onto the market pretty soon afterwards as they were also rumoured to appear sometime either next month or Early March as well.
