Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If this is the system. Turn off mains going to control panel. Drop the front lid, enter your user code.
At the top of the control panel you will see there is a lip holding the second front cover in place, using a flat head screw driver, lift this to release the lid forward from the top. The battery is located in the back of the control panel. It is a 6V 3.8ah.
