    Hi Guys,
I have a problem with a sub woofer I bought from you in August.
It was part of the Boston Soundwave XSB 5.1 set and it appears the fuse is gone again.
You replaced the sub for me a few days after I received it as there was a pop when it was turned on, it showed no sign of life and the LED light at the back wasn't coming on.
Before it died there was a couple of days where it was producing some strange high pitched buzzing noises, It died before I got round to checking it on a different amp with different cables etc.

I tried to phone the shop but keep getting voicemail.

    Regards,
    Gary.

    Hi Hearny.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having more issues with the Boston Sub :(

Are you within distance of dropping the sub into the Philips Shop on Dame street so we can get it back here to send it for repair?

    Hey Gary.

If you can not get to the Philips shop we will have to look at the sub being sent back to the Belfast store or I will check if we can have it collected from you as this is the 2nd time there has been a problem.

    Ok,
I was in Dublin but didn't get time to drop it out.
What is the procedure from here, the last time you organised the collection, is it the same again, or do I need to contact DPD.
    Regards,
    Gary.
