Can I get better line speeds?

    These are my line stats and eircom say my line is set at 3mb but im getting 4mb we are paying for NGB up to 8mb. Lately our business needs more bandwidth but we are not being given any more. (STATS BELOW)

    Downstream Upstream
    SNR Margin
    23.0 25.0 db
    Line Attenuation

    48.5 25.0 db
    Data Rate
    4096 384 kbps
    Max Rate
    9312 1196 kbps
    POWER
    19.5 12.0 dbm
    CRC
    1 0
    I hope you can get me better speeds thanks,
