HELP ! Somewhere on the new joint between the old room and the new room ( its one room now) along the RSJ we have experienced wet marks like when it rains. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Em, it used to be the back wall so yeah I guess its an external wall adjoining a new roof for an extension ?
