Christmas Direct in Tramore

Anyone know if Christmas direct out in Tramore is still opened? My cousin got a toy tractor from him for her son and its broken, no one seems to be answering their facebook posts or emails :(

I know they sold in the grand hotel, maybe contact them for a phone number ?
