Thinking of a new pc, Need advice!

So after seeing the thread about a Dell XPS Desktop for €610(Later €650) on Bargain Alerts i began considering a new PC again. The one linked above however seems a bit overkill. Dell also has a less powerful one which includes a monitor(Which i need) for a total price of ~€700 which seems fair. Difference from a quick look…

Keep an eye on adverts too. Lots of hard drives on there.
Maybe contact this guy, I bought a 1TB Seagate drive from him, it was still in the sealed packaging from the factory, and works perfectly.
