Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi out there . I installed a wireless hkc alarm in my house today and have experienced a few problems . (1) when I 'add & ID rf zones' , it started at zone 11 , why did it not start at zone 1 ? and how do I get back to zone 1 ?
    (2) two of the wireless inertia sensors do not activate when I carry out a walk test on the system even though they have been found ?
I would be interested to hear any reply ,
    Thanks

Moving To Home Security Systems... I think it would better suit there than in Computers & Tech.

It starts at zone 11 as there are 10 wired zones on the panel. You can have 70 plus wire free devices on this system. In order to get the wire free sensor on to start at zone 1, scroll to zone 1 using the previous key.

Have you fitted the magnet to close the zone correctly, If so when you remove the magnet from beside the sensor does it show open in the walk test ?
