My Old Car
I put a recon engine in that before I sold it last year,I also put the water pump and timing belt and rear shocks,New bushings front and rear,
I sold it for alot less than his asking ,wonder what he done to warrant his asking as it still dont have any NCT by the looks of things

What mileage did you re-con the engine? By the sounds of it, that car was very expensive to maintain, was it not?
I'd say that seller saw more bills on the horizon. I'm gone off the d5 engine now. Probably rightly so too.

That's the VAG 2.5 TDI lump AFAIK, the D5 didn't come until a little bit later. Makes it a good candidate for a veggie conversion.

Nice machine
I prefer the non "sport" trim though, the lack of full leather interior looks very shabby on a Jag imo.

Yeh was thinking the same myself looks clean from the outside, but let downby the lack of leather, but at that price its still a lot of car.
