Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You wont have to do sparring until your coaches think your ready for it, youll need to learn some technique and get some basic fitness first.

You'll have done so much training of basic drills that by the time your coach suggests it, you'll be raring to go. Or your coach is an idiot. Either way, if you don't want to spar someone just say no thanks, not today. There's no shame in turning it down. I see it at every gym from time to time.
