I would like to get a list of houses that have gone sale agreed in the previous 6 months in Dun Laoghaire. I would also like to find out how much it was originally on sale for and the various price drops before it went sale agreed. How do I do this without dealing with estate agents?

Then install the firefox plug-in property-bee and you will see the price drops for these properties.

Don't forget that the sale agreed price was probably less than the last price drop or the advertised price.
