2 slices of soda bread with lashings of fried streaky bacon and smoked ham and loads of turkey slices laced with barbecue sauce and loads of hunky dorys salt n vinegar and then put into a sangich iron thingy and voila !

sober: not so sure. smoked ham not necessary since you have bacon in there already.
