    Well what speed is your broadband? All routers are compatible with the xbox (they can be wired or wireless).

    Yes. I shouldn't matter the speed of your internet. Do you have a separate modem for this though seeing as this is a cable modem rather than an ADSL one?

    what he posted is not a cable modem at all, this is just a wireless router which plugs into your existing modem whether it be adsl or a cable one,

    it should be fine for gaming,

    Yeah, presuming the current one is connected to the xbox.
