    St John Ambulance are running it’s next course which is intended for members of the community who would like to learn the basics of first aid from experienced first aiders. The course involves both theory and practical applications; including how to deal with Cardiac Arrests, Severe Bleeding and various other injuries and conditions that you might experience on a day to day either in your home or in your community.

    Trained instructors who are experienced members of St John Ambulance teach the course, the course is held over 7 weeks from 7.45pm to 10pm starting Tuesday 24th January 2012. Further details can be got from www.stjohn.ie or educationsec@sjab.ie or 01-6688077
