diploma in HRM or ba or bsc in HRM?

I am a graduate with b.com,and thinking to do diploma in human resource management from griffith college.can any1 suggest if this diploma is any good if want to work in HR field? I have 0 years work experience.degree is always better but i m short of paying fees of 9000-12000 euros as i m a non eu student.i can tightly…
