    Hi,

Are you struggling to sell your house, struggling with mortgage
payments, can’t sell your property because you can’t afford to refurbish your
property, are unable to let it, acquired it for one reason or another and
just want to get rid of it while reaping the benefits?

I am currently looking for a property similar to yours in South county
Dublin. I am available to move straight away instantly relieving you of
    your current stressful situation.

What I am proposing is a Let to Buy option. This will involve me covering
your mortgage payments each month and possibly a bit more depending on the
figure. All going well I assign myself to purchasing your property in 3 - 5
years time at a pre-determined figure. During this rental period you will
not have any missed mortgage payments, your property will be maintained by
me, if anything improved. You will not have to pay letting fees, spend time
managing the property as I will look after all maintenance as if it was my own and take no calls from me. At the end of the term if
for whatever reason I do not decide to buy you will be left with a greatly
improved property and as a result you will achieve a better price in the sale/rental
    market.
All properties considered regardless of condition.

You may ask yourself what’s the catch? There is none.

If this is something you would be interested in please do not hesitate to
contact me. If this is something you are not interested in, no problem, but please keep me in mind if you know someone it might suit.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you.:)
