Mid Week Break Ireland

    I am looking for a mid week break for myself and my gf in late january

    Looking for a decent hotel, has to have a pool, ideally within 1 hours drive of Dublin. Definately something quiet and scenic. We would be spending at the time in around the hotel so something to suit that please!

    Any Suggestions please....
