Good bank for sole trader?

I'm looking get a new bank account for my business. Any recommendations? Permanent TSB just won't issue debit cards to business customers for some reason, so I need a change.

Bank of Ireland are OK. I find their online banking handy.

I'd go with AIB, up front with everything unlike BOI
