Workshop / Lockup Dublin?

Hey guys, Does anyone know any small workshops/lockups for rent anywhere in Dublin. I just need enough room for me, a workbench and a lock on the door. Need electricity and a toilet would be nice but not essential. I've been trying daft etc but having no joy. Any help would be great. Thanks, -Funk

a friend of mine was renting out one of these type of places a while back
