    Hi,

    Creating a website and I am currently looking for price estimates of the full design.
    The level of quality of website I am looking for is similar to
    http://www.cashloan.net/
    I am looking for a home page with alternating high res. pictures.
    People will have to register on the site and will have the ability to create their own home page.

    Hope thats more specific!
