How do you get your estate on this list? My estate has a section of bare slabs right in the middle of it, I’m pretty sure that’s unfinished.

I've only glanced over the list but I've seen some puzzling inclusions. St Colman's Park in Macroom is a mature estate, finished for 30 years or so at least. Why the hell is it on the list?!

You buy land, build your house on it fully paid for by yourself and now the govt decides to send you a bill every year just to be allowed keep it. What a fooking joke
