    I found all my info about crossfit here on boards.ie
    so i decided to try it see what all the hype is about
    started a foundation class last night in http://crossfitwestdublin.com
    its was very good and price is great compared to
    some of the other crossfits around dublin
    the introduction was hard i am very unfit
    the girl that runs the place Lorna is lovley made me feel very welcome
    and she knows what she is doing i think im hooked already
    thank you boads.ie for all the posts about this type of thing
    i would have never heard of it only for here :)

    Member there myself :) My wife and I were her 1st members when she opened in November. I go twice and week and love it. I have dropped nearly 2 stone since starting and my fitness is really improving.

    By far the hardest and best training I have ever done.
    I highly recommend it to anyone thats thinking of starting.
