Right so basically my company sponsored my visa but I have been working around Asia for over a year.

I am with my partner for 5 years but we dont have joint bank accounts or any other real proof so rather than risking hassle with the original application I allowed the company to put it through for me solo.

Now I have a 457 and for the last year my partner has been living with me around Asia so I have our names on the lease for each apartment and hotel bookings and flights.

Can anyone point me to which form needs to be filled out to add her?
Or do I have to fill out a new application?
Do my employers need to sign off on it? (they have agreed to anyway)
And what kind of cost am I looking at?
